Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4-6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Breadcrumbs for the filling

Instructions

  1. 1Mix flour, salt, water, and oil to form a smooth dough. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2In a pan, sauté breadcrumbs until golden. Set aside.
  3. 3Combine apples, raisins, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
  4. 4Roll out dough as thin as possible, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and add apple filling.
  5. 5Roll up carefully, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes until golden.
